The Cleveland Foundation’s Black Futures Fund supports and expands the capacity of Black-led and Black-serving nonprofit organizations in Northeast Ohio through grantmaking focused on long-term community impact.
Eligibility
Eligible Black-led or Black-serving nonprofit organizations serving Greater Cleveland and meeting current fund guidelines.
Requirements
- Serve Black communities in Greater Cleveland and meet nonprofit eligibility requirements
- Submit application or inquiry during an open funding round
- Provide proposal, budget, organization information, and community impact details
