WHEDA’s small-business guarantee programs help Wisconsin businesses access financing by reducing lender risk for eligible loans used for startup, expansion, equipment, working capital, or other business needs.
Eligibility
Wisconsin small businesses, including La Crosse businesses, applying through participating lenders and meeting guarantee program requirements.
Requirements

- Provide business financials, owner information, use of funds, collateral, and repayment information
- Meet lender underwriting and WHEDA guarantee requirements
