MSBDFA promotes the viability and expansion of Maryland small businesses, with a focus on economically and socially disadvantaged entrepreneurs, through financing for working capital, equipment, real estate, leasehold improvements, contract financing, and surety bonding.
Eligibility
Maryland small businesses unable to obtain adequate financing on reasonable terms through normal financing channels.
