About this program
New Jersey certifies small, minority, women, veteran, disabled veteran, LGBTQ+, socially disadvantaged, and economically disadvantaged businesses, supporting certified green and energy firms pursuing public contracts and supplier-diversity opportunities. Deadline notes: Applications are accepted through the state certification process. Notes: Useful for diverse-owned solar, EV, recycling, environmental, and clean energy contractors pursuing procurement.
Eligibility
Eligible New Jersey businesses meeting ownership, control, size, and certification-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Submit certification application with business registration, ownership and control documents, tax records, identity or veteran status documentation where applicable, and required attestations.
