About this program
Rapid City uses HOME Investment Partnerships funds through its housing and community development planning work to support eligible affordable housing activities. Funds may assist affordable rental housing, rehabilitation, and other income-qualified housing projects.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, and eligible sponsors with qualifying Rapid City housing projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the city housing and community development funding process
- Provide project budget, financing stack, site control, affordability commitments, and development capacity documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental review, reporting, and long-term compliance requirements
