About this program
Providence’s arts, culture, tourism, and creative economy programs support public programming, cultural activity, and events that strengthen the city’s neighborhoods and visitor economy. Eligible organizations may access grants, sponsorships, or city-supported opportunities when funding rounds are available.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits, artists, cultural organizations, event producers, and community groups with Providence-based arts, culture, or tourism projects.
Requirements
- Apply during an open grant, sponsorship, or call-for-programming period
- Provide project narrative, budget, public benefit, location, timeline, and organizational information
- Meet city contract, insurance, reporting, and recognition requirements
