Kansas SBIR/STTR matching program (ACCEL-KS) provides Phase 0 coaching and up to $3,000 for proposal development, plus up to $25,000 matching funds when Kansas companies win federal SBIR or STTR awards.

Eligibility
Kansas-based for-profit small businesses that meet all federal SBIR/STTR requirements and conduct at least 51% of Phase 1 research in Kansas. Must maintain 51% of operations within Kansas for the duration of the project.
