The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs supports Black entrepreneurs and small business owners through stakeholder programming, mentoring, networking, workspace, capital access resources, and business acceleration services.

Entrepreneurs and small business owners accepted into RICE stakeholder or program opportunities.
