Opportunity Fresno highlights eligible opportunity zone projects and business investment opportunities in Fresno and Fresno County where Qualified Opportunity Fund investments may receive federal capital gains tax benefits under Opportunity Zone rules.
Eligibility
Investors, qualified opportunity funds, developers, and qualified opportunity zone businesses investing in eligible Fresno Opportunity Zone property or businesses.
Requirements
