New or expanding businesses in Douglas County, including Superior businesses, with eligible financing gaps and economic development potential.
Requirements
- Apply through Douglas County RLF or The Development Association as directed
- Provide business plan, financial statements, project budget, collateral, private financing, and job or economic impact information
- Meet underwriting, repayment, eligible-use, and reporting requirements
