Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Pennsylvania technical schools, school districts, institutions of higher education, manufacturers, and other organizations that can train workers for existing or near-future manufacturing openings or build awareness of manufacturing careers.
Requirements
- Propose a manufacturing-focused training or workforce development project in Pennsylvania.
- Identify manufacturer needs, open positions, career awareness activities, or workforce barriers addressed by the project.
- Submit the DCED application, budget, project narrative, partner commitments, and performance measures.
