Eligibility
New and existing transportation and logistics businesses creating at least 10 new jobs and/or investing at least $2,500,000 in Mississippi. Logistics is an explicitly covered industry.
Requirements
- Must create at least 10 new jobs and/or invest at least $2,500,000
- Annual reporting of investment numbers required
- No more than 20% of total credit may be applied to withholding tax in any given year
