Eligibility
Microbusiness applicants must apply for cultivation or product manufacturing licenses and meet Delaware limits on canopy or plant count and employee count.
Requirements
- Applicant must intend to employ no more than 10 employees.
- Cultivation microbusinesses must stay within Delaware canopy or outdoor-acreage limits.
- Applicant must submit required OMC license materials during an open application period.
