About this program
The Warren Facade Improvement Program is a City of Dearborn initiative supported with Community Development Block Grant funds to improve commercial facades along the Warren corridor. The program helps eligible businesses and property owners complete exterior improvements that strengthen neighborhood commercial vitality, building appearance, and corridor conditions.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses and property owners with commercial properties along the Dearborn Warren Avenue program area may apply for qualifying facade improvement assistance.
Requirements
- Property must be located in the eligible Warren Avenue program area in Dearborn.
- Project must involve eligible exterior commercial facade improvements.
- Applicant must submit project scope, cost estimates, ownership or tenant authorization, and required City materials.
