About this program
Muncie CDBG funds may be used for eligible construction of public facilities and improvements, rehabilitation, demolition, energy conservation, public infrastructure, and other activities meeting HUD national objectives.
Eligibility
Eligible public agencies, nonprofits, and project sponsors with qualifying public facility or infrastructure projects in Muncie.
Requirements
- Document eligible activity and national objective
- Provide project scope, budget, location, beneficiaries, and readiness information
- Meet federal environmental review, procurement, labor standards, and reporting requirements
