The West Virginia Economic Development Authority provides direct loan financing for eligible industrial, commercial, and economic development projects that create or retain jobs and support business investment in West Virginia.

Requirements
- Apply through the West Virginia Economic Development Authority
- Submit business plan, project budget, financing sources, collateral, jobs, and financial statements
- Complete underwriting, approval, loan closing, and ongoing reporting
