Nebraska’s Site and Building Development Fund creates favorable conditions for industrial readiness and economic development. Funds can support eligible site development, building improvements, engineering, planning, infrastructure, and industrial development work sponsored by local governments or nonprofits.

Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible governmental subdivision or Nebraska nonprofit organization
- Submit project scope, budget, readiness, economic development rationale, and matching sources
- Comply with state grant agreement, procurement, reporting, and eligible cost requirements
