About this program
The Quality Jobs Tax Credit provides Georgia income tax credits to companies that create at least 50 jobs within 24 months and pay wages at least 10 percent above the county average. Credit amounts increase with wage levels and may be claimed for qualifying new jobs.
Eligibility
Companies in any industry creating at least 50 qualifying jobs in Georgia within 24 months, with wages at least 110 percent of the county average wage.
Requirements
- Create at least 50 qualifying high-wage jobs within 24 months
- Document wage levels against county averages
- File required Georgia tax credit forms and maintain qualifying jobs
