About this program
The City of Orlando Small Business Facade, Site Improvement and Adaptive Reuse Program supports eligible commercial properties and small businesses with forgivable loans for facade, site, and reuse improvements that revitalize corridors, reuse vacant or underutilized buildings, and support neighborhood business vitality.
Eligibility
Commercial property owners or new or existing for-profit small business tenants in Orlando city limits with eligible industries, current business tax receipt if existing, current taxes, no disqualifying code issues, and at least three distinct improvements.
Requirements
- Apply and receive approval before starting work
- Provide property and business documentation, business tax receipt, project scope, photos, cost estimates, permits, and tax compliance information
- Complete approved improvements and submit reimbursement documentation
