Public agencies, private organizations, consortia with a lead public or private organization, and tribal governing bodies in Wisconsin. Employers in all industries and sizes, including tech.
Requirements
- Must be a Wisconsin employer, public agency, or training organization
- Must provide a 50% cash or in-kind employer match
- Training must target unemployed, underemployed, or incumbent workers
