Eligibility
South Carolina for-profit businesses may apply if they are at least 51 percent owned, managed, controlled, operated, and managed by a person with a disability.
Requirements
- Business must be for-profit and at least 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by one or more people with disabilities.
- Submit the DOBE certification application through Disability:IN.
- Provide business formation, ownership, operating, tax, disability eligibility, and control documentation.
