About this program
The Recruitment Incentive and Retention Program provides tuition assistance for eligible active members of the New York Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and Naval Militia attending approved New York colleges.
Eligibility
Active members in good standing of the New York Army National Guard, New York Air National Guard, or New York Naval Militia who meet service, training, and education requirements.
Requirements
- Submit RIRP application through DMNA education services with proof of eligible military status, school enrollment, tuition information, service obligation compliance, and required education documents.
