FY25 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-Based Program (COSSUP)

DOJ funding for state, local, and tribal jurisdictions to develop, implement, or expand comprehensive efforts to identify, respond to, treat, and support those impacted by illicit opioids, stimulants, and other substances. Often involves nonprofit treatment providers, recovery community organizations, and harm reduction service providers as partners or subrecipients.
