Texas businesses with fewer than 100 employees in good standing with state and federal governments. Training must be provided by a community or technical college or TEEX.
Requirements
- Employer must have fewer than 100 full-time employees
- Business must be in good standing — taxes current, no adverse administrative or court actions
- Training must be delivered by an eligible Texas community/technical college or TEEX
