About this program
Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance and access support for transgender people who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Deadline notes: Application windows are published by Point of Pride. Notes: National direct support program for transgender people, including eligible New Jersey applicants.
Eligibility
Transgender people who cannot afford HRT and meet Point of Pride's current HRT Access Fund eligibility criteria.
Requirements
- Submit the application with identity, financial need, healthcare access, and program eligibility information requested by Point of Pride.
