About this program
The City of Covington receives Community Development Block Grant entitlement funds from HUD and uses the annual planning process to fund eligible community development activities. CDBG resources can support services and programs primarily benefiting low- and moderate-income areas, including street and streetscape infrastructure, park improvements, crime prevention, parks and recreation, code enforcement, economic development, and early literacy programs. Community organizations and service providers participate through the city's planning and funding process.
Eligibility
