Carolina Small Business Development Fund provides small business loans, coaching, and technical assistance to entrepreneurs across North Carolina. The CDFI focuses on expanding access to capital for underserved small businesses and can support working capital, equipment, expansion, and startup needs.
Eligibility
North Carolina small businesses and entrepreneurs, including Durham firms, that meet CDFI underwriting and program requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business financials, owner information, credit materials, and use-of-funds plan
- Participate in coaching or technical assistance when required
- Meet underwriting, collateral, repayment, and eligibility requirements
