About this program
Great Falls downtown redevelopment tools include support for facade and building exterior improvements that improve downtown character, business activity, and public-facing property conditions. Eligible projects may include storefronts, signage, lighting, windows, entrances, awnings, and related exterior work.
Eligibility
Owners or tenants with owner approval for eligible commercial properties in the Great Falls downtown district.
Requirements
- Property must be in the eligible downtown or TIF area
- Submit design scope, cost estimates, owner authorization, and project budget
- Obtain approval before work and submit paid invoices for reimbursement
