About this program
Rhode Island Commerce Innovation Vouchers provide grants to small businesses to purchase research and development support from Rhode Island universities, hospitals, and other knowledge providers. Warwick companies can use vouchers for product development, testing, prototyping, and technical problem solving.
Eligibility
Rhode Island small businesses with fewer than 500 employees seeking eligible R&D assistance from approved Rhode Island knowledge providers.
Requirements
- Apply to Rhode Island Commerce during an open voucher round
- Provide project scope, knowledge provider proposal, budget, and business information
- Complete project and comply with grant reporting requirements
