About this program
The Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments provides business financing and development services in the region. Loan programs can support working capital, equipment, real estate, expansion, and job-creating projects for Salem-area firms.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses in the Mid-Willamette Valley, including Salem and Marion County, that meet loan product and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business plan, financial statements, owner information, and use-of-funds plan
- Demonstrate repayment ability, collateral, equity, and economic impact where required
- Meet program eligibility, reporting, and loan agreement requirements
