About this program
Iowa's High Quality Jobs Program provides qualifying businesses with tax incentives, refunds, and direct financial assistance for projects that create or retain high-quality jobs and make capital investments in Iowa.
Eligibility
Businesses with eligible Iowa expansion or location projects that meet wage, job creation, investment, and community support requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through IEDA before project commitment
- Meet wage, job, and capital investment thresholds
- Execute assistance agreement and meet performance reporting requirements
