About this program
The Business Expansion Program supports local small business growth, targeted hiring, and larger expansion or relocation projects through jobs-based awards and property tax reimbursement for eligible improvements.
Eligibility
Businesses expanding or relocating in Austin, including local small businesses with 100 or fewer employees that create qualifying full-time jobs.
Requirements
- Meet job creation, wage, residency, and investment criteria
- Execute incentive agreement and complete annual compliance reporting
