CalCAP credit enhancement encourages lenders to make loans up to $5 million to California small restaurant and food service businesses by providing a loan loss reserve, reducing lender risk for businesses with limited collateral.

California small restaurant and food service businesses applying through a participating financial institution. Individual borrower maximum $2.5 million over 3 years.
Requirements

- Must apply through a CalCAP-enrolled financial institution
