Eligibility
Eligible applicants are employers sponsoring or expanding registered apprenticeship programs through Montana's Registered Apprenticeship unit and meeting the tax credit requirements.
Requirements
- Operate as an eligible Montana apprenticeship sponsor.
- Launch or expand a registered apprenticeship training program through Montana Registered Apprenticeship.
- Maintain documentation of qualifying education and training expenses.
