Tempe receives HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds through HUD to support eligible affordable housing activities, including development, rehabilitation, and other housing strategies serving low-income households.
Eligibility
Eligible affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, community housing development organizations, and partners meeting HOME and City of Tempe requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Tempe housing or federal funding process when funds are available
- Provide development plan, budget, site control, affordability commitments, and readiness documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental, procurement, and reporting rules
