About this program
Anchorage Community Development Authority supports private investment and downtown revitalization through facade improvement financing. Eligible property owners and businesses can use loans for visible exterior upgrades such as storefronts, signs, lighting, awnings, windows, doors, and building improvements that strengthen Anchorage commercial districts.
Eligibility
Eligible Anchorage commercial property owners or businesses with approved exterior improvement projects in ACDA-supported areas.
