Eligibility
Oregon businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and operated by one or more service-disabled veterans may apply for Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise certification through COBID.
Requirements
- Register the business with the Oregon Secretary of State
- Demonstrate at least 51 percent ownership and control by one or more service-disabled veterans
- Provide proof of service-disabled veteran status and required business documentation
