Missouri Net Metering Program
Missouri law requires all electric utilities to offer net metering for renewable energy systems up to 100 kW, crediting commercial and business solar system owners for excess generation at minimum avoided cost rates.

Eligibility
Missouri commercial and business property owners with solar PV or other qualifying renewable energy systems up to 100 kW connected to a Missouri electric utility grid.
Requirements
- System must be located in Missouri and connected to a participating utility
- System capacity must not exceed 100 kW
- System must generate electricity using qualifying renewable energy sources
