About this program
Wilmington Office of Economic Development helps businesses start, expand, relocate, and invest in the city through incentive navigation, business problem solving, site assistance, small and minority business support, and referrals to public and private capital resources.
Eligibility
Businesses operating, expanding, or locating in Wilmington, including small, minority-owned, and woman-owned businesses seeking support with city or partner resources.
Requirements
- Contact the Office of Economic Development for intake
- Provide business profile, project location, investment, jobs, financing needs, and permitting or technical assistance needs
- Complete applications or documentation for any referred incentive, lender, or technical assistance program
