$400,000 pilot program providing grants up to $125,000 to support preparation of Historic Property Surveys throughout NJ, including properties in Government Restricted Municipalities or distressed assets.

One award per applicant. Final survey due within 1 year (6-month extension possible). Application fee $1,000 (waivable for municipalities with low Municipal Revitalization Index scores).
Eligibility
Eligible applicants seeking to conduct Historic Property Surveys. Surveys must follow NJDEP Historic Preservation Office formats and include GIS data. Cannabis license holders ineligible.
