Rural Employment Development Incentive (REDI) Grant
Grants up to $6,000 per new high-paying job created in rural Utah communities; maximum of $250,000 per business per year. Note: positions within primarily retail businesses are excluded.

Eligibility
Businesses creating new employment in rural Utah counties or cities/towns with population of 10,000 or less. Positions must pay at least 100% of county average annual wage and be retained 12+ months. Businesses primarily engaged in retail are excluded.
Requirements
- Business creates new positions in rural Utah
- Positions must be new to the organization
- Positions must work at least 30 hours per week
