State reimbursement funds for classroom and on-the-job training for expanding or relocating New Mexico companies.
About this program
The New Mexico Job Training Incentive Program reimburses a portion of employee wages and training costs for eligible companies that create new jobs in New Mexico. Santa Fe employers in target industries can use JTIP to offset training costs for newly created jobs.
Eligibility
Eligible expanding or relocating New Mexico businesses creating new jobs in qualified industries and meeting wage and job requirements.
Requirements
- Apply before hiring or beginning reimbursable training
- Meet eligible industry, wage, residency, and job creation requirements
- Submit training plan, wage data, employee documentation, and reimbursement reports
