- Located in Savannah, southeast Georgia, or Low Country of South Carolina
- Eligible loan products include City of Savannah Direct Loan Program, City of Savannah Business Loan Guaranty Program, HUD Special Purpose Loan Program, and Martin Luther King Jr. Revolving Loan Program
