About this program
The Creative Space Assistance Program supports live music venues, performance venues, theatres, museums, galleries, and multi-use creative spaces with rent, insurance, property tax reimbursement, facility improvements, and displacement-related costs.
Eligibility
Eligible Austin creative commercial spaces with at least a $60,000 operating budget and qualifying site control.
Requirements
- Creative space must be in an Austin Council District or ETJ
- Provide lease or site control, operating budget, and evidence of need
