NYC SBS provides storefront improvement guidance and Avenue NYC grant resources to help community-based organizations develop and manage storefront improvement programs that assist businesses and property owners in neighborhood commercial districts.
Eligibility
Eligible New York City community-based organizations and commercial district partners seeking to design or administer storefront improvement programs.
Requirements
- Apply through Avenue NYC or SBS commercial district support opportunities when available
- Submit commercial district needs, work plan, budget, organizational capacity, and storefront improvement strategy
- Meet grant agreement, reporting, procurement, and eligible cost requirements
