Quarterly cash payments of up to 5% of new payroll for up to 10 years for companies creating well-paying jobs in Oklahoma, including qualifying retail operations.

Eligibility
Companies must achieve an average wage above the county average wage threshold, generate $2.5 million in new annual payrolls within three years, and offer basic health insurance to new employees.
