Grants up to $10,000 for food retailers to establish, renovate, or expand healthy food outlets in low-access, low- or moderate-income communities in Oklahoma.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants include sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, cooperatives, nonprofit organizations, nonprofit community development entities, universities, and government entities. Projects must be located in underserved communities primarily serving low- or moderate-income populations.
Requirements
- Project must improve availability and quality of fresh produce and healthy foods
- Recipient must accept SNAP benefits
- At least 30% of retail space must be allocated to fresh, perishable foods
