About this program
New Hampshire Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resiliency financing is administered by the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority. The program enables commercial property owners and developers in participating municipalities or counties to access private capital for energy efficiency, clean energy, water conservation, and property resiliency improvements. Financing can be up to 35% of appraised property value and is repaid through a special assessment lien on the property.
Eligibility
Commercial, industrial, multifamily, nonprofit, or other eligible property owners in a New Hampshire municipality or county that has adopted a C-PACER ordinance or resolution.
Requirements
- Property must be located in a municipality or county that has adopted a C-PACER ordinance or resolution.
- Property must be eligible under program rules and cannot be residential property with fewer than five dwelling units.
- Improvements must qualify as energy efficiency, clean energy, resiliency, or water conservation measures.
