Advanced Industries Early-Stage Capital and Retention Grant
Provides matching grants to Colorado-based startups developing and commercializing advanced technologies that will be created or manufactured in Colorado. Targets aerospace, advanced manufacturing, bioscience, electronics, energy, infrastructure engineering, and tech/IT sectors.

Application closed; next cycle opens July 1, 2026 with August deadline. Twice-yearly cycles (Jan-Feb and Jul-Aug). Applicants without dedicated match can receive conditional awards with 6 months to secure matching funds. In-kind contributions don't satisfy match requirement.
Eligibility
Colorado-based for-profit businesses operating in one of seven advanced industries (aerospace, advanced manufacturing, bioscience, electronics, energy, infrastructure engineering, technology & information). Requires 2-to-1 cash match (company-to-state). Products must be created or manufactured in Colorado.
