Eligibility
Eligible businesses, developers, or industries with qualifying projects located in Bellevue and consistent with the city economic development plan.
Requirements
- Project must be eligible under Bellevue’s adopted LB840 economic development plan
- Submit application, financing plan, budget, collateral, and project impact information
- Complete underwriting, city review, loan agreement, and ongoing reporting requirements
